Recipients Since the Wilbert Foundation was formed in 2003, we have awarded 66 grants and more than 2,000 Wilbert Foundation bears to children's hospitals across North America.

| Recipients | Throughout North America, approximately 350 pediatric chaplains are helping children and their families in over 250 children’s hospitals.  A parallel exists between the emotional support a funeral professional provides to a family and how a pediatric chaplain consoles a child. The Wilbert Foundation is determined to assist in providing the support our children need now, which hopefully will help them avoid potential emotional pitfalls later in life
